Here is a short list of the worst of the worst.

  • Gluten – No Wheat, Barley, Rye,  Oats, or Oatmeal are man-made GMO. By ingesting gluten, this complex protein causes serious damage to your small intestines which results in digestion problems, chronic health conditions, disease, and the malabsorption of nutrients.
  • Fried Food – nothing fried, ever. You can boil, broil or bake. Red meat, never more than medium rare. Frying foods, produces free radical and acrylamides which are carcinognic and inflammatory.
  • Oils in a bottle – Yes, this includes EVOO, canola, coconut, peanut, sunflower oil etc…  This also includes anything made from oil, like salad dressing, mayonnaise, margarine or combo spreads. Oil oxidizes when exposed to air. Once ingested free radicals result causing oxidative damage, soft tissue destruction and inflammation in the body.
  • Nitrates or Nitrites– Deli Meat Ham, sausage, bacon, hot dogs, cured meats. nitrates and nitrites added to meat cause free radicals, oxidative damage, age spots, tissue destruction and inflammation. Tell your butcher NO NITRATES or NITRITES!
  • Refined Sugar –   Feeds cancer, accelerates aging, and suppresses the immune system. Please – READ the labels at your local grocery store!
  • Tap water – Fluoride is a neurotoxin and an endocrine disruptor. Several countries have banned water fluoridation. Chlorine is a reactive chemical that bonds with the water in your gut, produces poisonous hydrochloric acid and destroys your microbiome.

Eliminate these from your diet and you will be making a huge courageous step toward your complete transformation.
